New Ham class achieved 08/08/2014 15:52 Today I made and had pass the second exam and now I'm a class 2 or CEPT Novice class. After 2 years from the first exam of only SWL'ing, mandatory by Portuguese Ham Radio rules, is with great pleasure that I'm now really on the Air.
